La Paz Peace Makers

	La Paz Peace Makers Meet Mondays at 11:00 a.m. at Club Cruceros From November through May Beginning quilters are welcome
1^st and 3^rd Mondays Block of the Month A 12 and ½ inch quilt block will be presented. New techniques will be taught and a fabric packet provided . If you want to participate plan a block--choose a design and make up 12 packets. Include fabric and supplies needed to make the block. Colors are pure white (white on white ok) and ocean blues and greens. 	Tina Fels on Niord is collecting 12 and ½ inch snowball blocks made of 4 six and ½ inch squares and 16 two and ½ squares The four larger squares need to be 4 different fabrics in sea blue and the smaller squares need to be white. If you don’t have the pattern bring the fabric with you and we will show you how to assemble them. These blocks are for a quilt to be raffled at Bayfest 2009 for the programs Club Cruceros supports.
